About My Flutes
All of my handcrafted flutes are one of a kind originals. I do not own a lathe, so each one is hand sanded down to wall thickness. I seal each flute with a double dip process. The sealer I use is non-toxic. This ensures that the flute will be protected and handed down for years to come.
The flue hole, key holes, and mouth hole are burned in. This is a natural sealer in itself.
Each flute has been tuned to 440 Hz. I feel they have excellent tonal concert quality sound. All of my flutes have a one inch spacing between the key holes. I feel this is an excellent finger range for most people.
Each flute is signed and numbered by me.
