Sacred Owl Drone Flute
This drone was made for the beautiful and sacred owls. The totem has two feathers hand carved out of white pine. The top feather is a representation of a Great Horned Owl feather. The lower feather is a representation of a Barn Owl. These feathers are very unique and I have attached them to some hand carved rocks to make the totem complete. One side of their feathers are always jagged. This keeps the owl silent through the air when they are hunting for their prey. A very unique trait among all owls. The side of this drone has a relief carving of a pine cone. On the bottom front is a carving of a Pigmy Owl. I have had a chance to see many of these throughout my life. They are very small, but are great hunters. The drone flute is made from white pine. It can be played as a flute or drone combination. This drone is on its way to its new owner.
